Sermorelin Acetate · How it works
Feeding the pituitary, not replacing it
With age the pituitary still holds growth hormone, but the GHRH signal from the brain fades and somatostatin rises. Sermorelin gives back the missing signal. Because the pituitary is used, it keeps its mass and its stores, which replacement growth hormone lets shrink. That is the root-cause logic: fix the signal, not the output.
