Twice a day, every day, on clean dry skin before any heavier oil or sunscreen. One 10 mg vial blended into 30 mL of base is about a month of twice daily use on the eyes, brows and upper lip. The published work ran 30 days at twice daily to its first measured result, so four weeks is the first honest checkpoint. Put it on the same two moments of the day, because missed days cost more here than a small change in amount.
