Cycles and breaks

There is no cycle and no break needed. It works while it is on the skin and the benefit drifts back when it is not, so continuous use is the point. If you stop for a few weeks, nothing is lost beyond the ground you had gained, and you pick up where you left off. Keep it running through summer under sunscreen, because that is when lines set fastest.
