Survodutide
In people
People on survodutide feel hunger fall in the first weeks and lose weight steadily: around 6 percent at the lowest dose and 13 to 15 percent at 2.4 to 4.8 mg over about 46 weeks, with more over longer courses. In people with inflamed fatty liver, most see the inflammation resolve within about a year, and many see scarring improve. Liver fat and liver enzymes fall, and blood pressure and triglycerides come down. Early effects are nausea, vomiting, loose stools and constipation, mostly during the step-ups, and a small rise in resting heart rate.
