Th1 and killer cell drive

Thymosin Alpha-1 pushes T helper cells toward the Th1 pattern, raising IL-2 and interferon gamma. It increases MHC class I on cells, so infected and cancer cells show their flags to killer T cells. Natural killer cell and CD8 T cell activity rise. This is the arm that clears viruses and abnormal cells.
