TB-500, Thymosin Beta-4 · How it works
Moving repair cells in
A wound heals only when repair cells crawl into it. Thymosin beta-4 makes skin cells, vessel cells and stem cells move toward the injury. It switches on integrin-linked kinase, the switch that lets a cell grip, survive and travel. This is the migration arm of repair.
