Inject once a day into the belly, rotating sites. Bedtime, on an empty stomach, lines it up with the body's own night pulse. The medicine dose is 2 mg a day of the original form; the newer concentrated form uses 1.4 mg. Many practitioners run 5 days on and 2 days off.
