Tesamorelin
What it is
Tesamorelin keeps every one of the 44 amino acids of the brain's own GHRH. The only change is a six-carbon fatty acid, trans-3-hexenoyl, on the first amino acid, which blocks DPP-4 from cutting it. It works on the same pituitary GHRH receptor as sermorelin but is stronger and more stable. It is known best for one target: the hard visceral fat packed around the organs and the fat inside the liver.
