Tesamorelin
In people
People taking 2 mg a day lose about 15 to 18 percent of their visceral fat in 26 weeks, with the waist shrinking and fat under the skin left alone. IGF-1 rises into the upper-normal range. Triglycerides fall, liver fat drops, and older adults think more clearly. Some feel joint stiffness, tingling or water in the hands in the first weeks as growth hormone rises. Blood sugar should be watched in those already near diabetes, because growth hormone pushes sugar up while visceral fat is still high.
