Thymalin · How it works
Stem cell differentiation
In human blood stem cells, thymalin pushes CD117+ progenitors to mature into CD28+ T cells. CD28 is the second switch a T cell needs to fire properly, and CD28-negative T cells pile up with age. By steering stem cells back to producing these competent cells, thymalin rebuilds the T-cell pool from its source.
