Thymalin · How it works
Balancing inflammation
Thymalin raises both pro-inflammatory signals (TNF alpha, IL-1) and the calming signal IL-10 in blood cells, so it tunes rather than simply boosts. In severe infection it sped the fall of IL-6, C-reactive protein and D-dimer. It also strengthens phagocytosis, the clean-up by neutrophils. Balance is the goal: strong defence, quick resolution.
