Thymalin
In people
In people over 60 on Thymalin courses, the blood picture changes first: T-cell counts rise and the ratio of helper to suppressor cells returns toward a younger pattern. Over the following months they catch fewer colds and chest infections, and when they do get sick, recovery is quicker. Over years, heart, joint and bone health hold up better and fewer people die. In acute infection the inflammation markers IL-6 and CRP fall faster and clotting settles. The effect builds with repeated courses rather than from one round.
