Cycles and breaks

Tirzepatide is run as one long course, not short cycles, because the body adapts over months. A missed dose can be taken within 4 days; after that, skip it and take the next one on the usual day. If more than 2 weeks are missed, restart at a lower step. After the goal is reached, many people move to a maintenance dose every 1 to 2 weeks.
