Tirzepatide
In people
People on tirzepatide feel the hunger switch turn down within the first days. Over the first year most lose a large share of their body weight: about 15 percent at the middle strengths and around 20 percent at the top strength, with the curve still falling at a year and a half. The waist shrinks, blood pressure eases, fasting sugar and HbA1c fall, and triglycerides and liver fat drop. People describe food losing its grip, with smaller portions feeling normal. The most common early effects are nausea, fullness, burping and constipation, which settle as the body adapts to each step.
