Tirzepatide
What you will notice
In the first one or two weeks, appetite drops and meals feel bigger than they are; some people feel mild nausea or fullness the day after the shot. In weeks 2 to 4, cravings for sweets and evening snacking fade, and the scale starts to move by about half to one kilogram a week. In weeks 4 to 8, as the dose steps up, the waist shrinks, clothes fit differently and fasting sugar falls. Over 3 to 12 months, body fat keeps coming down, blood pressure, triglycerides and liver markers improve, and energy rises as the body runs on stored fat.
