Vesugen · How it works
Vessel lining renewal
Old endothelial cells stop dividing and Ki-67, the marker of active renewal, falls. Vesugen binds the core promoter of the Ki-67 gene and lifts it back up. Aged vessel cells from old animals start dividing again. The lining can repair its own gaps.
